OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. WE SHALL PROVIDE YOU:Manpower required at each Position Level: Junior, Middle and Senior, as per: a. Job specifications provided. b. Job description provided. c. Any special skills required etc.

B. REPLACEMENT ASSURANCEOur services also include the replacement of the selected candidate, without any charge, in case anyselected candidate resigns within a period of 3 months from his / her date of appointment.

C. OUR CHARGES SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

(I) SERVICE CHARGES8.33% of the annual CTC for Junior level positions.

10% of the annual CTC for Middle level positions.12.57% of the annual CTC for Senior level positions.

(II) REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSESa. For interview of outstation candidates, all expenses at actual to be borne by the organization.b. In case the Client wishes to advertise the vacancies in Newspapers/Magazines, Client will bear the

cost.

D. SERVICE TAX

Additional Service Tax @ 12.36% (OR as applicable) will be charged on the invoice amount.

E. PAYMENT TERMSOur payment must be cleared right after successful completion of 30 days from the date of joining of thecandidate.

F MISCELLANEOUS:

1. We shall screen the candidates & their reference checks as per the guidelines. 2. Our sourcing time will be of 24-48 hours. 3. CONFIDENTIALITY: In order to provide an efficient service we will maintain absolute

confidentiality with regarding your and our activities unless authorized by you in writing.

G. JURISDICTIONThis agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

H VALIDITYA duly countersigned copy of this letter will constituent a valid contract between you and Aayush and willbe valid till terminated by either party.

You are requested to sign a copy of this letter in token of your acceptance of the above terms andconditions.
