LET’S GO ON TOURSAFETYWe take every precaution to ensure best practice for thepreparation, organisation and operation of your tour includingcoach company checks and accommodation inspections. We are independently audited on an annual basis and haveapproved 24/7 accident and emergency procedures in place.

TRAVELIt is our absolute belief that you should travel in comfort andsafety throughout. Your executive coach will be equipped withseatbelts, reclining seats, DVD (or video) player, air-conditioning(or air-flow system) and toilet. An experienced tour driver (2 forSpain and Italy) will ensure that you are in very safe hands from start to finish. All our coach companies are audited inaccordance with our Safety Management System. Most groupstravel on the ferry from Dover to Calais, but we also offer thepopular Eurotunnel service and alternative ferry crossings too.

If you prefer to fly instead, as ATOL holders (5675) your flightinclusive package will be covered too, in accordance withCAA regulations. As airline schedules and the airports servingthe different destinations are constantly changing, we’ll alwaystry to find the most suitable options for your group.

ACCOMMODATIONWe use a selection of accommodations ranging from resorthotels, hostels and Center Parcs holiday villages. All of thesehave been visited by us, or our representatives, checked for theirsuitability for our groups and audited in accordance with ourSafety Management System. Please don’t hesitate to call us todiscuss before deciding which is the best option for your group.

SPORTS HIGHLIGHTSWe work with highly qualified professional staff to ensure thehighest levels of quality and delivery. Your coaching sessionsare designed to be challenging, enjoyable and rewarding atexcellent local facilities. Festival games include matches againstother British schools, subject to the number of teams enteringper category, during the day and/or friendlies against local clubteams (normally early evening).
