After a relaxing morning, the athletes will check in their bikes and transition bags for the big day.

MONDAY 30 MARCH SLOT ALLOCATION AND AWARDS CEREMONY

Athletes can attend slot allocation in the morning and awards ceremony and dinner in the evening.

WEDNESDAY 25 MARCHEASY GROUP RUNJoin your tour guide for an easy 30 min run on a section of the run course.SAFARI AND LUNCHSpend the day on a game drive.

FRIDAY 27 MARCHSWIM AND BIKE COURSE ORIENTATIONSome valuable pointers are given on currents and tides. Athletes have the opportunity to explore the swim route. At 14:00 the bus will collect the athletes from the Hotel and we will head out on the bike route. During the bike course orientation, the tour operator will explain T1 and T2 entry and exit, and point out any significant parts of the bike course and explain the effect of the wind and road surface.RACE BRIEFINGAfter returning from route orientation, athletes can freshen up before making their way to the official race briefing.

SUNDAY 29 MARCHRACE MORNINGWake up, get ready and move to the swim start! Spectators look out for our special RacePace spectators tents. Check out your bike and bags out of transition and we will transport your bike from the race site to your hotel, saving you time and effort so you can relax with your family or enjoy the vibe at the finish line.

TUESDAY 31 MARCHAIRPORT DEPARTURESOur guests will return to airport for various departure times.
