Responsible for creating 2015 Roadmap and Budgeting for several necessary needs, such as re-layout

website, new company profile, exhibitions and also travelling expenses for creating new sales

networks outside Java Island. This budgeting includes extra manpower for sales forces.

Involved in the formation of Holding Corporation, known as Adeha Corporation, where PT. Kohler

Metal Industry is the subsidiary of Adeha Corporation. Also involved in the process of making

fundamental documents such as Corporate Policy Manual (CPM), Vision, Mission and Values

statement.

Responsible for daily activity such as: maintain major account, enhancement of working process,

curriculum and make STPI Curug as the Center of Excellence in Indonesia aviation industry.

Involved in the Roadmap project for Angkasa Pura Airports Foundation. They have IDR 400 Billion

(Approx. USD 40Million, at that time) fund and would like to invest it in any airports supporting

businesses.
