Planted and pastored a church of approximately 120 people in Dacula, GA. Planting of the church involved raising support, casting the vision, core-group development, and soliciting financial partnerships from denominational entities and other churches. Led Harbins through a building project to build a 300-seat worship center and eduction space. Led Harbins to be involved a variety of different local ministries and international ministries such as missions work in Honduras. Led the church to develop and begin implementing a Biblical Counseling strategy for discipleship and outreach.

Served as a chaplain providing counseling and other pastoral care to a variety of corporate clients.
Children’s Minister / First Baptist Church Snellville, Snellville, GAJanuary 2005 - October 2006
Oversaw and led all the children’s ministries of a large mega-church. Duties included vision-casting, teaching, recruiting volunteers, overseeing volunteer and paid staff, managing a large budget and promoting the ministry inside and outside the church.

Directed and oversaw the children’s and preschool ministries of a 1,800 member church. Duties included overseeing a through-the-week preschool program, vision-casting, teaching, recruiting volunteers, overseeing volunteer and paid staff, managing a large budget and promoting the ministry inside and outside the church.
To help the church make, mature and mobilize disciples of Jesus Christ through the gospel of Jesus Christ for the glory of Jesus Christ.

Began as a video producer for a small production company and eventually became the director of a regional branch of the company. In charge of generating sales, overseeing budget, managing employees, writing scripts, shooting and editing video, establishing and maintaining good relationships with advertising agencies and large companies like Walmart, and overall production of commercials, infomercials, corporate videos, and children’s programs.
Audio-visual Specialist / Hendrick Medical Center, Abilene, TXAugust 1994 - August 1996
Oversaw the audio-video department of a 300-bed hospital. My duties included assisting doctors and medical professionals with audio/video presentations, writing and editing promotional videos for the hospital, and overseeing two interns.
