Tutorial on How to create LiveOn/XPAYCARD E-Wallet

and avoid all errors

Important Requirements to Create E-Wallet

1. In order to have the right to create your E-Wallet and to avoid fraud the

company requires you to be "VERIFY"

Go to MY DATA>SENDING DOCUMENTS --- You will need to submit 3

Documents... 2 Documents with Photo and 1 Document which is proof of your

residential address

The documents must be in the name of the account holder.

The files must be readable and in color.

Send 02 Official Documents (with photo).

Send 01 Proof of Address by selecting the 'ADDRESS' type.

The proof of address must have been issued no more than three (3) months

ago, and must show the address, date and name of the holder on the same

page.

If your account is Corporate (company), you will need to send proof of bond

with the company.

In case of submission of documents outside this standard, the documents

will be disregarded and rejected, and a new submission will be required.

No documents in black and white, illegible or Residential Documents

without a date will not be accepted.

Verification of Documents might take up to 7 working days.

Every file with the copy of the document should not exceed 1MB.

Examples of accepted documents are:

*Driver License *Bank Statement

*Military Licenses *Telephone Bill

*Student ID *Any other Official Correspondence which show your address

2. You need to have at least the required amount ($350.00) to start creating your

E-Wallet (if you don't, you get the following error message... see pic below)

3. DO NOT Enter your birth date in the field below in the specified format...

instead... ENETER YOUR DATE OF BIRTH like this DD/MM/YYYY

Example: 30/12/2014 1st Field: Day / 2nd Field: Month / 3rd Field Year

3. The most common Error Message our Team Members are getting is "Error

creating e-Wallet, please contact support stating: Obligatory Missed Field -

address2"

If you get this error message... This means something in your Profile Information

is wrong

Verify that your address and document are in accordance with the documents

submitted,

Go to MY DATA>PERSONAL DATA and fill out every field --- "Do NOT leave a

blank field"

4. Go to MY DATA>RESIDENTIAL DATA and fill out EVERY FIELD --- "Do NOT

leave a blank field"

Country: Manually Input the FIRST TWO LETTERS of your Country

if you live in USA>>> US

for Brazil>> BR

Spain>>SP and so on

5. Go Back to "Booty" on your B.O (this is a bad Google translation for

WITHDRAWALS)

try to input your Date of Birth again... (See No 3 above)

And if everything is correct, you will receive an email from XPayCard (within 24

working hours) with a temporary login and password and a link to validate your E-

Wallet

6. Login to your E-Wallet (change your Username and Password ---

RECOMMENDED)

a) Add a Credit/Debit Card... Transactions typically takes 3 -7 business days... You

need to have E-Wallet funds to do this

b) Add Your Bank Account... You need to have E-Wallet funds to do this

7. Request your WITHDRAWALS on MONDAYS only... Funds will be deposited into

your E-Wallet WEDNESDAY next week... (Typically 10 days)

8. Tell others about LIVEON/ETERNYON.. Create your team...
