Steps: Record the steps in macro.

Save the macro at desired location with .mac extension.

Fill the highlighted fields and after clicking on UOM tab click on Quantity Type button.

Change its type From Returned to On Hand as shown below.

Press Tab button to fill the shown information and place the cursor to next line.

Stop the recording.

Open the recorded macro in a word document and select Mailings tab from Menu Bar, then select Start Mail Merge option and click on Letters.

Click No, if below shown Pop-up appears.

Now, select Use existing list option from the Menu Bar (Select the appropriate Excel file that contains Items to transfer).

In the header click on Insert Merge Field and select required fields at appropriate positions in file.

One can also see its results in Preview results window.

Click on Finish and merge and select Edit Individual Documents.

Save this as .mac file. Play it and do not click anywhere while macro is running. When macro stops transferring the items, Save the recorded macro batch and Proof the total with file.
