Steps to Apply online in IFP Portal

Step 1:Open the following link in your browser,https://ifp.gujarat.gov.in/DIGIGOV/login.jsp&

click on new user Registration shown in bellow snapshot.

Step 2: Fill all the mandatory fields & click on submit button.

Step 3: After the successful registration click on Login button.

Step :4 Click on Create Project Add project shown in bellow snapshot.

Step:5 Click on Next After filling the Application Details.

Step:6 Click on Next After filling the Company Details.

Step: 7 Click on Next After filling the Project Details.

Step: 8 Click on Next After filling the Investment Details.

Step: 9 Click on Submit After filling the Other Details.

Step 10: It’ll asking you for the conformation Click on Yes.

Step 11:After clicking on Yes it’ll show you the bellow message click on ok button.

Step: 12 After completing this process successfully, click on Create Project Project Request List. It’ll

show the project request page and here click on ‘click here’ shown as bellow.

Registration Application

Step: 13 It’ll display the list of approvals application & select the ‘Registration Application under the

Contract Labour Act’ & click on Apply button. (To apply as a Principal Employer).

Step 14: Select the language, location & click on continue.

Step 15: It’ll open the Registration Application page, Fill all the mandatory fields & upload the required

documents. Shown as bellow.

Step: 16 At last click on submit button.

Step:17 After successfully submit the application it’ll shoe the message shown as bellow.

Step: 18 Process to make payment, click on Create Project Project Request List Click on ‘Make

Payment’ button shown as bellow.

Step:19 It’ll open the Project Payment Request List page & Select the checkbox and click on ‘Pay ’

button shown as bellow.

Step:20 Click on OK button.

Step: 21 Select the Payment details (Net Banking/Debit Card/ Credit Card) & Click on Proceed button.

Step:22 Click on ‘Pay Now’ button.

License Application under CLRA

Step:23 To apply as a Contractor select the ‘License Application under the

Contract Labour Act’ & click on Apply button.

Step: 24 Select the language, location & click on continue.

Step: 25 Fill the primary information of the contractor & click on submit button.

Step: 26 After clicking on submit button, It’ll open the License Application Form & fill all the mandatory

fields and click on submit button.

Step: 27 After successfully submit the application it’ll show the message shown as bellow.

Step: 28 Process to make payment, click on Create Project Project Request List Click on ‘Make

Payment’ button shown as bellow.

Step: 29 It’ll open the Project Payment Request List page & Select the checkbox and click on ‘Pay ’

button shown as bellow.

Step:30 Click on OK button.

Step: 31 Select the Payment details (Net Banking/Debit Card/ Credit Card) & Click on Proceed button.

Step:32 Click on ‘Pay Now’ button.

Renewal Application

Step: 33 To apply as Renewal License Click on Renewals Renewals Request List License Renew

Application under the Contract Labour Act.

Step: 34 It’ll Display the bellow message.

Step: 35 Select the language, location & click on continue.

Step: 36 Fill the Application Renewal Form & upload the required document & click on Submit button.

Step: 37 After successfully submit the application it’ll shoe the message shown as bellow.

Step: 38 Process to make payment, click on Create Project Project Request List Click on ‘Make

Payment’ button shown as bellow.

Step: 39 It’ll open the Project Payment Request List page & Select the checkbox and click on ‘Pay ’

button shown as bellow.

Step:40 Click on OK button.

Step: 41 Select the Payment details (Net Banking/Debit Card/ Credit Card) & Click on Proceed button.

Step:42 Click on ‘Pay Now’ button.

Step: 43 To Show your Application Status click on ‘Track Application’
