About Us

Weis Trading as Weis Contractors is a family owned and operated business with over 30 years experience within the external cleaning and building industries. We specialise in surface restoration. We believe that to obtain the best results you need the support of the best chemicals, the best equipment and the best training in their use and support from the manufactures. We use a number of manufactures for our restoration chemicals here in Australia. We are the distributors for Mixa Australia, Smart Graffiti Products which are all designed and manufactured in Australia, for Australian conditions and now exported overseas. We are the Queensland Distributors for these products and have been successfully using and supplying these products for over 12 years.

What make Weis Contractors stand apart from our competitors is our ongoing Research and Development of new products and our ongoing commitment to training. In 2011 Stephen Weis obtained his formal Qualifications in Painting and Decorating, as well as his Green Painting Accreditation. In 2011, after the floods in Brisbane, we noticed that there was a need to understand the process behind decontamination of affected buildings so Stephen underwent extensive training with the Goldmorr System for Mould Remediation. In 2015 Stephen underwent further training in Engineering and achieved a Certificate III in Engineering, Fabrication Trade with Surface Finishing and in 2016 Stephen completed his Level IV Training in Engineering, Fabrication trade. We are constantly undergoing further training and development. Christine Weis manages the daily operations and has a Degree in Business Management from Griffith University and over 20 years work in the finance industry. Christine has also achieved level three for Playground Inspections. Christine and Stephen believe strongly in Customer Service. Christine has been heavily involved in our online Custom Job Management System allowing real time job booking, onsite processing, updates of job progress and deployment of staff. This system allows us to meet with our Green Training and reduce the amount of paper and office supplies used.

Out of hours service is provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. As we are based in Logan our response time for after hours and urgent work will be minimal. Your request for service is directly with Stephen or Christine Weis. Our Safety and Environmental policies and practices ensure that out of hours noise and disruption are kept to a minimum.
