union and non-union, employees in ADP system. Collected and ensured accuracy of all hourly employee timecards. Ensured benefits, deductions and garnishes, including teachers and

business staff pensions, are accurate and remitted on a timely manner. Issued and entered payroll journal entry. Issued Record of Employments as required.

Governmental compliance: Completed any reports/remittances required by the Federal or

Provincial governments, in a timely manner, which includes Employer Health tax, GST/HST, and Workers Compensation

Tax Receipting: Maintained the integrity of the charitable status using Raisers Edge

software. Reconciled all monies received from Advancement Department to tax

receipts issued. Over 2500 tax receipts issued annually to donors and parents. Prepared and issued T4A’s to students receiving financial awards.

Revenue Centers: Collected revenue and ensured proper allocation to correct department. Ensured accuracy of the departments operating budgets.
