PERSONAL STATEMENT:
The volatility of the economy and through restrictive nature of the Childcare Industry, encouraged me to review my career prospects. I completed an Access course, in Letterkenny Institute of Technology, to identify core competencies and quickly realised my talents lay in organisation, economics and management. A presentation by the Quantity Surveying tutors opened my eyes to a new career opportunity, after hearing what they had to offer as a course I knew this was the career I had to have. I am currently a second year student studying a BSc in Quantity Surveying and wish to gain experience within this sector. I have excellent communication, organisational, analytical capabilities and can develop innovative solutions to resolve business and technology challenges. I am also fluent in Irish.
