This brochure outlines the functionalities of CSX Pension and how to open your Pillar 3a online, including the trading of CSA Mixta-BVG investment products in your online banking, both in the desktop version (computer and laptop) and the mobile version (CSX / CS Direct app).

ȷ Answer just a few questions required for the opening of your CSX account. The digital advisor will guide you through the process.

ȷ On your smartphone, download the CSX app from the App Store or Google Play.

ȷ In the product selection, click on “CSX Pension” and you will receive a free CSX account and a Debit Mastercard in addition to the Pillar 3a.

ȷ After CSX has been opened, you will automatically be forwarded to the opening of your Pillar 3a (see next section, Step 05).

ȷ Select the Debit Mastercard that best meets your needs and proceed with the rest of the CSX opening process.

ȷ Now proceed with the video identification. For this, please have your ID card or passport ready.

ȷ If you already have pension relationships with CREDIT SUISSE PRIVILEGIA Pillar 3 pension foundation, select “+ Open new pension relationship” at the very bottom of the selection menu. Otherwise, please proceed with step 04.

ȷ Open the Credit Suisse – CSX application and log in to online banking.

ȷ Click on “More” and select “Save/Invest.”

ȷ Select “Pillar 3a.”

ȷ A progress bar fills out in three steps until successful opening.

ȷ Select “Open a Pillar 3a now.”

ȷ Answer the question about association to a pension fund by selecting “Yes” or “No.” You can find more information in the drop-down menu.

ȷ By clicking on “Confirm opening,” you accept the PRIVILEGIA regulations provided thereby and open your Pillar 3a.



07 ȷ Your Pillar 3a account was successfully opened.

ȷ You will automatically be directed to step 08 “Select your investment group.”

ȷ Further details will be displayed about the securities solution (e.g. potential risk/reward ratio, investment horizon, fact sheet). Then click on “Select.”

ȷ You can switch between the two investment group categories by clicking on “Indexed” and “Actively managed.”

ȷ Select an indexed or actively managed securities solution and proceed with step 09.

ȷ If you are not interested in investing, select “Continue with Pillar 3a account” at the bottom and the process is complete.


10 ȷ Here you will see the summary of your order.

Check the details and click on “Next.”

ȷ Your order has been successfully submitted to Credit Suisse.

ȷ Click on “Pillar 3a overview” to return to your personal Pillar 3a overview page.

ȷ To complete the order, read and accept the conditions and contractual terms and click on “Submit order.”


13 ȷ If you return to the Pillar 3a overview page after

submitting the order, the message “Orders are currently being processed” appears.

ȷ The process is now complete. You can now pay into your Pillar 3a account and the balance will be invested.

ȷ To purchase a securities solution, click on “New investment.”

ȷ Select “Pillar 3a.”



04 ȷ You can switch between the two investment

group categories by clicking on “Indexed” and “Actively managed”.

ȷ Select an actively managed or indexed securities solution.

06 ȷ Now decide how much you would like to invest

and click on “Next.” You can either enter the amount manually or select it by moving the slider.

ȷ The maximum you can invest is the amount that you have already paid into your Pillar 3a account.

ȷ If you want to set up a pension plan for future automatic investments, select the checkbox at the bottom.

securities solution (e.g. potential risk/reward ratio, investment horizon, fact sheet). Then click on “Select.”



07 ȷ Here you will see the estimated time to process

the purchase. Check the details and click on “Next.”

Credit Suisse.

conditions and contractual terms and click on “Submit order.”

on the Pillar 3a overview page. Click on an investment group to see further details.

ȷ The following three functions are available: “Sell”: Sell an existing investment group. “Switch”: Switch from an existing investment group to another group. “Invest more”: Invest more funds in an existing investment group.

ȷ You can add further investment groups by clicking on “New investment.”

11 ȷ Once the order has been executed, the securities

solution will appear on the Pillar 3a overview page.

You have now completed the process. If you wish to manage your Pillar 3a securities solutions or change your investment group in the future, you can simply follow the process below:
