Since 2006 IFSYS develops and manufactures systems for Automated Parts Feeding with the highest priority on individual customers’ needs. The progress of IFSYS since its foundation demonstrates its success. The company expanded in a fast but safe way. IFSYS has increased sales volume and work force year after year. Completing the manufacturing and assembly facility in 2012 was another milestone. The area measures more than 14,000 square meter (150,500 square feet) and in addition to the existing 4,000 square meter administration building there is plenty of room available for further innovation and development.
IFSYS Automated Parts Feeding Technology stands for quality and „Made in Germany“ which is in high demand worldwide. Therefore IFSYS is present on three continents. IFSYS North America in Inman, South Carolina and IFSYS China in Suzhou is covering all important growing markets in Europe, America as well as Asia.

IFSYS VIbrOlINEr® is the heart and soul our innovation. Our IFSYS VIbrOlINEr® is available in various sizes and might be integrated in other feeding systems as base of optimum quality and dependability.
It is easy to recognize advantages comparing to other feeding systems. High feeding rate but still low noise level. Flexibility by simply exchange different components on feeding track. Easy on parts but still minimum interruptions during feeding process. All advantages appreciated by our customers.
VIBROLINER® – With optimum results in mind from start.
VIBROLINER®
Applicable for just about any size of components, feeding rate and hopper volume.
No part jamming in hopper. Especially applicable for delicate parts. Minimum recycling of parts. Parts are never going back
in to hopper but straight back on to orientation track.VIBROLINER® in combination
with different feeding systems.
Our STEPFEEDEr concept is one of the most used in automated partsfeeding.
Only an optimum number of parts are moved up on to IFSYS VIbrOlINEr®. In many cases parts are to some extend preoriented on stepper plates giving IFSYS VIbrOlINEr® maximum efficiency.
Classic STEPFEEDER
STEPFEEDER IFSYS STEPFEEDErS are solid and made to last.
IFSYS STEPFEEDErS are quiet and reliable.
Debris are not transferred in to feeding system but remain in hopper.
Variable exit heights are easy to achieve while hopper always stays at a comfortable height for the operator to add new parts in to system.
IFSYS FEEDING SYSTEMS
IFSYS bowl feeding system Used together with IFSYS vibratory hopper. bowl feeder used to move parts up to VIbrOlINEr®
bowl feeder might be used on other special applications.
IFSYS parts storage systems Mostly used with slow feeding rate. Parts are manually and in correct orientation placed
on to storage vibratory track or conveyor. Sometimes used with IFSYS inspection systems and/or if using
fully automated system is an “over kill” due to slow feeding rate.
Pipe and rod feeding systems Adjustable for practical any diameter and length. Many part inspections are possible such as checking
inside/outside diameter, length and more. Feeding rates of up to 120 parts per minute are possible. Transfer height adjustable.
Ball feeder system Drive via gear motor. Execution can be for one particular diameter or adjustable
for different diameters. Standard diameter range from Ø 6 mm to 24 mm.
Different sizes up on request. Feeding rate of up to 360 parts per minute.
Vertical lift feeding system If parts are needed at an extreme height and out of normal rage. Parts coming out of hopper are vertically moved on to IFSYS
VIbrOlINEr® via feeding bucket. At set height optimum number of parts is transferred
from bucket on to orientation track. IFSYS VIbrOlINEr® may have open exit or with
escapement included.
Palletizing systems IFSYS has developed different palletizing systems over the years. For KlTcontainer, different boxes, containers or
pre arranged parts plates. loading capacity up to 500 Kg’s. low noise level, low maintenance. Custom made for great variations in feeding rate and heights.
MODuLAR FEEDING KIT
Parts flow using conveyors IFSYS feeding system placed outside security/safety enclosure. Supply escalator receiving parts to be fed from outside safety
enclosure. Escalator moves parts on to “distribution” conveyor(s). As per demand parts are moved to left or right IFSYS feeding system.
Quick parts removal out of large hopper with conveyor Ideal if frequent lot changes are taking place. Ideal if frequent cleaning is required. Hopper executed with exit door and switch reversing
conveyor direction. This hopper addition allowing parts to be removed easy and fast.
Quick parts removal out of funnel or vibratory hopper Ideal if frequent lot changes are taking place. Ideal if frequent cleaning is required. Hopper executed with exit door allowing parts
to be removed easy and fast.
Manually operated tilting system Customer receives parts to be fed in small container
or card board box. Small container with parts are placed in to tilting device. Operator is manually tilting device and transfers appro priate
amount of parts in to IFSYS feeding system hopper. Weight of container in the 100 Kg. range.
IFSYS disentanglement system Parts (springs, contacts) are fed through separation system
before entering the actual automated feeding process. Parts will recycle through system until separated. This system has limited capabilities. Springs with open coils on
both ends for example, may not be suitable. System is quiet and parts are handled in gentle fashion.
Heavy duty tilting system Customer forklift is placing full parts container in to
IFSYS tilting device. Device may be hydraulic or electromechanical. Weight of container in the 2,000 Kg. range.
Multi lane escapement Multi lane VIbrOlINEr® with escapement. Parts in escapement ready for pick up with correct
co ordinance for next operation. Ideal for short feeding cycles. Escapement with pneumatic or servo electric execution.
MODuLAR FEEDING KIT
Parts handling after orientation Moving oriented part(s) to robot, pick&place or subassembly station. Moving part(s) to pressing station. Moving part(s) to welding or machining station just to mention
a few application. Movement pneumatic or servo electric.
Inspection station using index table Ideal if components have to be inspected and rejected if necessary. Multi station index table as needed. Inspection method as applicable. Faulty or wrong parts are removed in to rejection container. Compact system using minimum space.
Single lane escapement incl. inspection Including high/low level sensor. Wrong bolts or bolts too long/short will be detected and rejected
in to small rejection bucket. Mostly used if different size bolts are used in same general
assembly area on different feeding systems.
Internal air for blow-feeding operation IFSYS offers internal air supply if needed or preferred. Electro motor/fan creating needed air. Air is blown in to distribution chamber and from there in to
escapement with individual blowtubes. Internal air might be less expensive than compressed air.
Camera and identification systems Using camera systems applies for recognizing position of
component and consequent final orientation of component. Camera might be used for quality control of component and
rejection of component if necessary. Using of camera system will always be discussed in detail
with customer and/or enduser.
Service 4.0 – Consultation, commissioning, training, overhauling, maintenance Competent, longterm service, from planning stage to assembly
and commissioning. Consultation for optimum system execution, with efficiency and
dependability in mind. System execution as per customer demand and standard.
Operator training if desired. Overhauling and updating of existing feeding systems. Preventing maintenance documentation and training. Fast and dependable spare part service.
R&D and design Newest CAD design using Solidworks. Interface to CATIA and other CAD systems. Material/manufacturing flow management and accounting using
newest ErP system. Documentation 2006/42/EG, programming diagrams and charts.
Sounds prove enclosure Entire feeding system placed in to noise reduction cabin. Noise reduction cabin with just hopper on the outside of cabin. Other combinations as desired or necessary by environmental laws. Cabins include necessary service and maintenance doors.
Electrical cabinet and controls IFSYS offers from turnkey system execution to loose wires only. In most cases, electrical components are as per customer request. Turnkey systems are executed for Siemens S7 (Profibus, Profinet, ASI,FCPU) IFSYS has its own office for electric, electronic, pneumatic and
hydraulic design. All documentation via EPlAN P8 and fluid.
