Click on ‘Login’ after entering ‘SingPass ID’ and ‘Password’.

Enter Transaction Number and click on ‘Next’. This transaction no. is generated during the application for name transaction.

‘Incorporation of Local Company’ page is displayed. Verify the details populated from the Name Application .

Click on ‘Add Officer’.

Enter details of the new and click ‘Add Officer’ to add each new officer.

The ‘Share Capital Details’ page is displayed.

Select ‘Currency’ for the Share Capital.
The Share Capital section is displayed.

Select one of the options for ‘Shares Payable’ and enter the share details.
If there are Sub-Classes of shares, please select ‘Yes’ and enter the Sub-Classes. Otherwise select ‘No’.
Verify that the details have been added.

Click on ‘Shareholder Details’ to allot shares to Shareholders.
Click on ‘Identification No./UEN’.
Select Currency.

Enter Allotment Details.
If there are Sub-Classes of shares, please select ‘Yes’ and enter the Sub-Class details. Otherwise select ‘No’.
Click ‘Edit Shareholding’.

Click on ‘New Group’ to allot Group Shares.
Select a Group Name and Currency.

Enter Group Share Allotment details. If there are Sub-Classes of shares, please select ‘Yes’ and enter the Sub-Class details. Otherwise select ‘No’.
Click on ‘Existing Shareholder’ and add the shareholder to the Group.
Select from ‘Existing Shareholder’, click Add.

Click ‘Add Shareholding’.
Verify that details have been added.

Click on ‘Registered Office and Constitution’.
