be granted for the rear setback due to a mobility hardship. The rear setback would be 26’ 0” (twenty six ft.) instead of 40’ 0” (forty ft.) The Steeplechase Board of Directors must approve variance.

6. NEW BUSINESS & DISCUSSION ITEMS:A. Discussion to determine what projects absolutely need the review of a registered licensed Florida

architect led to the following: 1) All new house plans must be submitted by a registered licensed Florida architect; Beth, Tim & Ed said, “ yes”; also Beth & Ed also agreed to the same requirement for: 2) Additions 600’ (six hundred ft.) and larger; but not required for additions less than (six hundred ft.) 600’; however, Tim said all additions should not need a registered licensed Florida architect.

1. ATTENDANCE: In attendance was Beth Eisenman, co-chairperson; Ed Swinson, member; Wendy Tata, member; Vijay Hapalani, member; Norman Poletick, Community Project Coordinators and Guests: Inman Lanier and Matilde Lanier.
