Sliding gates mcr TLB are used mainly in shopping

centres, multi-storey car parks, storage houses and

other industrial facilities.

CHARACTERISTICS:

single or double leaf, as well as multi-segment (so-

electromagnetic closing speed controller, which

Application: Steel sliding gates mcr TLB are used

as closure of openings in buildings where fire

resistance is required. They are specifically designed

for industrial buildings, logistic centres, offices,

supermarkets etc.

Fire resistance: 60 minutes (EI260) and 120 minutes

(EI2120) according to EN 1634-1.

Number of leaves: 1 or 2 (option: telescopic leaves

positioning)

Thickness of the leaf: 90 mm

Standard finish: RAL 7035 colour

Possible finishes: coated steel (RAL colours: 5010,

9002, 9007, 9010, 9016, 7016, 7024) and powder

painted steel (any colour from the RAL palette).

CONSTRUCTION OF GATE

The leaf of the gate consists of one or more panels.

Each panel is made of two 0.8 mm galvanized

steel sheets glued in with rock wool and gypsum

core filling.

The edges of the panels are reinforced with steel

U-shaped profiles. The panels are joined together by

using H-shaped vertical connectors. Total thickness of

the gate leaf is 92 mm.

The sliding mechanism consists of sliding rail,

counterweight and guiding roll. The leaf of the gate is

hang on the sliding rail which is made of unpainted,

galvanized steel profile fixed to the wall with

expansive anchors. The counterweight is connected

to the leaf of the gate by using a steel cord.

OPERATING

Mode of operation: at release of electric magnet the

leaf of the gate is pulled to closed position by moving

load of the counterweight. The counterweight is

covered by rectangular steel casing.

For transport and installation the leaves and

other elements of gate construction are covered

with plastic film in order to protect them against

mechanical damages.

Steel sliding gates mcr TLB EI60 can be supplied with

pedestrian door fitted into it.

Pedestrian door is supplied with mortise lock, flat

door handle installed on the wall side or panic bar on

the evacuation side.

In standard version pedestrian doors are made

without threshold.

Sliding gates mcr TLB can be fitted with electric drives

for automatic opening and closing in everyday use.

Electric drive LINNIG SB 4.1.2.1:

Drive Linnig SB 4.1.2.1 is used to open gates only.

The gate closes, as in standard gates, by using

counterweight.

During closing, Linnig SB 4.1.2.1 acts in the same

way as electromagnetic closing control.

Remote control can be used as an option.

Drives Linning SB 4.1.2.1 are used as standard

equipment for gates with door leaf total surface

from 34 m2 to 47 m2.

Electric drive TOUSEK PULL XR 10 or XR 15:

Drive Tousek in everyday work serves to open and

close gates.

Operation of the drive is executed by either wall

buttons or remote control pad (as an option).

In case of fire emergency the drive is automatically

released and gate closed by counterweight. In

order to set up the drive again, it is necessary to

manually bolt the un-bolting mechanism.
