DIT University (DITU), Dehradun has carved out a
niche of its own place in the realm of higher
education in the Northern part of India in the
fields of Technology, Engineering, Architecture,
Pharmacy and Management studies for the last
two decades. Over the years it has pushed the
limits of knowledge & innovation with emphasis
on quality through up to date curriculum and
lecture delivery methods supported by Strong
Laboratory components. At present, DITU Alumni
are brand ambassadors of the Institute and are
respected in all service sectors. Dehradun is well known for its best educational Institutions of national
and International importance. DITU provides a great opportunity to make its presence felt with cutting
edge technologies with global perspectives. The emphasis here is to create a research environment that

Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand is a beautiful city in North India, situated at the foothills of the
Himalayas. Dehradun is a fine blend of a busy city and a picturesque hill station. It is one of the oldest
India Cities, Famously known as gateway to well-known hilly areas of Mussoorie and Garhwal. It is also
recognized as the hub of education of North India. The city has been ruled by Mughal, Sikh as well as
Gorkha rulers in the past. Tapkeshwar temple, Buddha temple. Shiv Mandir (Mussoorie road), Nag Devta
Temple, Bhadraj Temple & Surkhanda Devi are some of the well-known places to visit.
