Extract oftheSTCTrophy regulationsREGISTRATION :All players must register at the tournament office or by telephoneon April 24th, 2018 and no later than the day before the first roundat 15:00.

SETTLING TIESAt the end of the 3 rounds, in case of a tie for the first place ingross score, the tie will bedecided in a hole by hole play-off. Play-off will be played after the arrival of the last player of the eventconcerned.

PRIZES :The Simone Thion de la Chaume Trophy for the winner for a year(amateur or professionnal)Souvenirs offered by the FFG to the first three players of thetournament. (amateur or professionnal) and to the first amateurplayer.A breakdown will be determined for the professionnal players.

WEATHER AND EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCESIn cases where the tournament should be disrupted by weather orother exceptional circumstances , the following requirements mustbe met:A round started should not be canceled but continued whenconditions permit, even pushed back to the following day. In caseit would be not possible to push the conclusion of the event (lastround of the event), the final classification is determined by takinginto account only the matches played entirely. If at the end of thelast day, not even one full round has been finished, thecompetition is cancelled. The last day of the event, the Committeeshould not continue an interrupted round if it can not reasonablybe completed .

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATIONOpen to amateur and Professional players, French and foreignaffiliated to a recognized federation.Players must be fifty years old at the latest the day before thefirst round of the tournament.

TOURNAMENT REGULATIONSSingle Stroke Play/ 54 holes/ 18 holes per day.Cut after 36 holes.Event includes 78 players with a maximum of five wild cards. STCTrophy players will be retained in the order of their handicapwhich should be < or = 6.4. The top 51 scores and ties after 2rounds qualify for the final round.

The entry fee of any person that withdraws after the deadlinewill not be returned, except in case of a major force.Free practice (18 holes) is scheduled for players on Tuesday, April24th or Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 in the afternoon. Thenumber of places being limited, the reservation of the tee timeswill have to be done directly with the Golf of Biarritz.

Entry fees: 145 € includes one practice round, manual trolley, gala dinner, and rounds ofcompetition.Guest fee for gala dinner : 40 €

Players will be able to reserve an electric trolley, which they will pay directly to the golf ofBiarritz

Free practice (18 holes) is scheduled for STC Cup players on Monday, April 23rd 2018. ForSTC Trophy Players, free practice (18 holes) is scheduled on Tuesday, April 24th orWednesday, April 25th, 2018 in the afternoon. The number of places being limited, thereservation of the tee times will have to be done directly with the Golf of Biarritz.
