Life after 30 is one of the best moments in a person’s lifetime. We

all become very active and alive by the time we reach the middle

we tend to ignore our health and fitness. Although we are at our

CrossFit exercise is a combination of strength and conditioning

training that seeks to upgrade the general physical skills and

capabilities of individuals including cardio endurance, power, stamina,

flexibility, and balance. Unlike many workout regimens, CrossFit

exercise is composed of several types of exercise routines such as

weightlifting, gymnastics, kettle bell, running, power lifting, and
