You have a choice of task for the next two lessons.

You can work on your own or in a group of two, three or four (no larger group).

CHOICE :

1) Draw one of the Stations of the Cross or create a collage / mosaic (see booklet p11)

2) Draw a plan of an Easter garden and label colours, plants to show reminders of Christian beliefs

3) Act out a passion play of the last few hours of Jesus’ life. A passion play should be serious and help a Christian to reflect upon the suffering of Jesus and his steps to the cross.

Get into your group and collect what you need to continue your work.

THIS LESSON :1)Assemble / complete your garden 30 minutes

Practice your passion play Finish your drawing / collage

2) If doing garden / drawing write down what you will say to the class. You could explain your design and what it symbolises about Christian beliefs – what would it mean to a Christian ? 5 minutes

3) Be prepared to give a talk / act out the play in the last 15 minutes of this lesson
