•The coach of a mixed hockey squad is preparing her team for a major championship game. Together with two selectors, the coach watches a practice game and decides that the captain is so out of form that she will have to be dropped for the all important game. The captain is recovering from injury but has also suffered the anguish of a relative involved in a car crash. The members of the team have loyalties to their captain and their coach but also desire to win the championship game.
