WHO WE ARE

M3 Services, Inc. is a small disadvantaged (SD), woman-owned small (WOSB), economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB) minority-owned, and SBA 8(a) certified (graduate) business (SBA Case #111787) that provides maintenance services, construction and renovation repairs on projects of varying size. M3 Services was founded in 2003 by a licensed real estate broker and general contractor, Ms. Lauryn Burnett, whose vision was to create a company that combined real estate with maintenance and construction services. M3 Services, Inc. differentiates itself by providing the highest level of customer service while bringing forth the time honored tradition of quality work. Customer service means excellent communication with clients at all levels. M3 Services is a California licensed contractor for General Building Construction, Concrete and Low Voltage Systems. Clients of M3 Services include the federal government (GSA, Navy, Army Reserves, etc.), utility companies, Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, Real Estate Brokers, and local schools to name a few. M3 Services’ experience with managing multiple projects concurrently, will provide clients with a contractor that is well diversified, responsive and technically capable of performing successfully on any project. M3 Services has provided a variety of renovation and repair projects to a diverse array of clients and types of projects. M3 is responsive, responsible and resourceful in completing projects. In addition to the extensive list of completed construction projects, M3 Services is also capable of providing maintenance services for projects. Lauryn Burnett is the founder and President of M3 Services, Inc. Ms. Burnett has worked in the construction industry since 1988. Her experience includes assisting owners in running their businesses using her financial and organizational skills. She started M3 Services in 2003 with a drive to create a company that could provide the extra level of customer service lacking from the industry. She oversees all aspects of M3 Services from overall corporate management to daily project management. She is highly capable and technical of all aspects of construction.
