Structure of the final report

• Aims: analysis of the outputs compared with the description of Work; analysis of outputs themselves; shared views on the process

• Expected result: common report on the quality of the project also defining some ideas to improve future work

• Tools: interviews with partners; analysis of documents; external reviewer (colleague not involved in the project)

Organizational note: according to us, it has been a very good choice to use a wiki as a project site, since it gives responsibility on everyone but also gives a change to manage file publication in a more flexible way.
