This document is not required for (1) foreclosed properties sold by foreclosing lender or investor (2) new construction

properties where the owner of the land and the builder are separate individuals/entities (3) title has been transferred to a relocation company.

3. Completion Report (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Form)

Note: A completion certificate is required if (1) the appraisal was made subject to completion per plans and specifications or (2) the appraisal was made subject to repairs not financed through RemodelNY or (3) an escrow was held post-closing for non-weather related repairs. Repairs not required per the appraiser, that are required by the pool insurer or non-cosmetic repairs noted in the contract, will/may also require a completion certificate.

SONYMA will purchase a loan subject to non-structural and non-safety related repairs if (1) SONYMA approved an escrow

for weather related repairs or (2) an approved SONYMA non-for-profit provided a rehab grant and will oversee repairs (non-structural and non-safety related) and administer the escrow for these repairs post-closing. In either instance, upon

completion of these repairs, post-purchase SONYMA will require a Completion Report with the final documents.

4. ORIGINAL Mortgage Note (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Form 3233 - 1/01)
