All fundraising program forms and payments mustbe completed and returned to the Montage Mountain Sales Department by November 1, 2019.
One payment will be accepted from the organization for all memberships and gift cards sold.
Please make check payable to: Montage Mountain Resorts, LP.
School and organization must sell at least (20) Season Memberships to be eligible for program earnings.
How To Raise FundsSell 2020 Waterpark Season Memberships for $69 each. Earn $10 back on each membership sold.
Sell Montage Mountain Gift Cards for any value $25+. Earn 10% back on the total value sold.

All fundraising orders must be returned to your program Organizer no later than October 30, 2019.
Make all checks payable to the organization name provided.
All individual Season Memberships sold must provide each passholder's information in the blocks below.
Passholders can come to Guest Services at Montage Mountain to process their memberships and get cards starting May 1, 2020.
