• Use words and phrases that describe the level and scope of your experience and skills

• Describe office automation/computer software programs or hardware you have used

• Describe any regulations, directives, technical orders, or instructions that you use

• Include specialized equipment / tools used or operated and any special programs managed

• Use concrete words rather than vague descriptions

• Write in “NORMAL” sentences
