Champions Camp

Champions' Camp is a four day residential camp organized just before Felicitation Function. Students in Top-150 will be invited for this camp. They will undergo a specially designed academic program which will introduce them to the world of competitions. It will be beneficial to students aiming for competitive exams in any field.

th th1. Top-150 students each from class 6 to 10 shall

be invited to Kota (Total 150x5=750 Students).

2. Lodging, boarding & food expenses of all attending students and one parent shall be borne by Resonance.

3. Top-50 Students shall be reimbursed to & fro train tickets/ bus tickets along with any of the one parent up to a maximum of 1500/- each.

4. The camp shall be held in a residential campus arranged by Resonance.

To award & recognize champions of STaRT, Resonance

will organize a Grand Felicitation Function in Kota in

Dec-2017. The winners will be invited to Kota to

celebrate their success with us.

1. Top-150 students of each class shall be invited for

the Felicitation Function along with their parents.

2. Top-50 Students shall be reimbursed to & fro train

ticket/ bus ticket up to a maximum of 1500/-.

3. All Participating School’s Principals and

Coordinators/ Associates shall be invited to attend

the function. They will be given accommodation by

Resonance and shall be reimbursed to & fro train

tickets (II-AC)/equivalent or bus tickets.

Test Paper will be bilingual in English & Hindi. The 120 minutes test paper will have single answer type 80 objective questions of total 300 marks. There will be negative marking. Break up of 80 questions will be as follows:

A. Class - 6 to 10: 15 Questions - Physics, 15 Questions - Chemistry, 15 Questions - Biology, 15 Questions - Mental Ability, 20

Questions - Mathematics.

B. Class - 11 & 12 (Mathematics/Biology): 25 Questions - Physics, 25 Questions - Chemistry, 30 Questions - Mathematics/

Biology (As per student’s stream).

C. Class - 11 & 12 (Commerce): 25 Questions - Accounts, 30 Questions - Business Studies, 25 Questions - Economics.

Important Terms & Conditions

1. In case any student wins more than one award from above categories,

he/she will be entitled for any one Award of higher worth only.

2. State and Test Centre Topper Award is valid only if participation is

100 students in each category (one or more category).

3. School Topper is valid with minimum participation of 40 students in each

category (one or more category).

4. Tie Breaker: In case of more than one participating student secures equal

aggregate marks in STaRT Exam then a higher rank shall be given by

comparing scores individually in the subjects in decreasing priority order of: th th a. Mathematics, General Science (P,C,B), Mental Ability for Class 6 to 10

th th b. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry for Class 11 & 12 Mathematics

Stream.th th c. Biology, Physics, Chemistry for Class 11 & 12 Biology Stream.

th th d. Accounts, Business Studies, Economics, for Class 11 & 12

Commerce Stream.

e. If individual scores in all the subjects are also equal then the student

younger age wise shall be given higher (better) rank.

5. Top 25 Prizes shall be awarded to the students only when they attend the

Champions’ Camp and Felicitation Function (as applicable) at Kota

(Rajasthan).

6. Award/Prize Money will be transferred directly in Student’s Bank

Account. In case, Student doesn’t have his/her own bank account,

Amount can be transferred in Parent’s account only.

7. To claim cash prizes, students have to submit bank account details on web

portal with valid documents i.e. bank pass book or cheque etc.

8. Students using unfair means to enhance the performance will be

disqualified from STaRT & future editions of the event. The refund of

participation fee etc. shall not be applicable in this case.

9. All the prizes are non-transferable in terms of person or prize title.

10. A lower class student can participate for higher class but higher class

student can not participate for lower class.
