Star Trek Uniform: Voyager Cutting Instructions
The following list was adjusted after I made my test block. The pieces may be a little

Assembly:
1. Make sections A & F first. If you cut piece 6 of section A just a tad bit bigger (my test piece was 6 x 10), you can trim the sides once you’re finished and use the oversized scrap for section F.
2. If using these cutting instructions, you will most likely have decent size scraps left over
for further use. This is why section E has some sizes just labeled as scraps. If you are not comfortable with this, the pieces will be no more than 1.5 x 1.5.
3. Press seams from the shoulders upwards toward the neck (section B) and downwards
toward the chest/waist (section E) to help eliminate bulk.
4. Attach the sections to form the chest first, then add on the arms (A & F).
5. If you would like, you can leave off the bottom pieces of background fabric off of sections A, E, and F (A7, E8, F7) until the block is completely assembled. Then you can add it as one long strip of fabric, giving the block a cleaner look and making it easier to trim. The piece needed for this will be approximately 3 x 11 - adding an extra allowance for trimming the block to 10.5 x 10.5 unfinished.
