Celia Hays Elem. had minor improvement from Developing Level to Advanced Level due to teachers in district moving from “inspired classroom” technology training to implementation of skills.

improvement from Developing Level to Advanced Level due to students learning in technology saturated "inspired classrooms" as they change grade level.
