Section 1 - Standard Slurry Pump Type PPMA, PPMM 1.1 General Introduction Type PPMA and PPMM pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry

pumps. They are designed for handling high abrasive, high density slurries in the

metallurgical, mining, power, building and other industrial departments. These

types of slurry pumps are typically used in process plant transfers, wet waste

processes, recycling-washing plants, sand plant duties, heavy minerals

processing, mineral recovery, and chemical process plants.

Section 3 - High Efficiency Slurry Pump Type PPMYU

3.1 Brief Introduction: Type PPMYU is a single casing, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pump. Its

performance is similar to type PPMA, but the efficiency is above 10% higher

than the same size of PPMA type. Considering the flow characteristic of

slurry in the pump chamber, we designed the hydraulic model. Meanwhile

the drive part is oil lubricated, through the circulation of oil decreases

bearing temperature, thus prolonging the pump service life. Due to the single

casing design, this reduces the pump weight, easy for assembly and lower

cost. Suitable for single stage or lower stage in series.

The drive part of the slurry pump is lubricated by grease, due to the big loads and harsh

working conditions, easily causes the rolling friction and the generated iron scrap is no easy

education, which results in the bearing wear. Heat is not easy to spread out, bearing

overheating and short service life. This innovative circulation oil lubrication on slurry pump

drive system makes great contribution. Change the grease lubrication to oil lubrication, the

lubricating oil is recycling, which has the effect of lubrication, cooling, cleanness and seal

effect, and solve the problem of bearing overheating and short service life.
