Changing our huddles to electronic forms has not only saved us paper, it has also saved us time. Changes can be made instantly and saving on a shared drive means we also don’t have to reprint or redistribute
Where possible, I make sure my staff use the shuttle bus services between sites rather than using a taxi. Not only is this more sustainable, I don’t have to spend time requesting (and then confirming) that my taxi is booked
We had so many unused items on the ward, but we didn’t want to throw them away, so I uploaded them to Warp It. They were claimed within a few hours – I had more space in my department and someone else had gained a necessary item in theirs

Great MFT Marcothon Challenge 2019 & RED JANUARY 2020
www.parkrun.org.uk
You have made me a runner this
December and I love it. I will keep
it up!
Thanks for getting me involved in my
first Marcothon. I can happily say I am a
little bit fitter and a bit less podgy!
I’ve loved it, I feel great and I’ve
realised I can make time for me!
31 days & 31 5ks! It taught me a lot
about discipline and the importance of
taking better selfies!Feeling great!
It’s been a pleasure as always. Feeling fit, slim and healthy… what more could
you want to start the New Year!

Flow:/fləʊ/
It’s the state you get in when you’re completely absorbed in something
Have you ever been working on a project and completely lost all sense of self and time? That’s flow
It reduces anxiety, boosts your mood, and even slows your heart rate
Do you have a Bee or letter in front of your chair…..?
Bring it with you to the front!
You will have: - A square of paper- Paint pads to share with your row
Finger paint:- Paint a picture, shapes, colours using your fingers (or thumbs!) - What you create is up to you!
Create:- Finished? Send your square to the end of the row- Your Mini artwork will be fixed to the BEE BRILLIANT banner
Flow: Finger painting /fləʊ/
This is your time to relax, take time out and refocus your mindShare your artwork with your neighbour
Enjoy the moment!
The poem Manchester Royalty was commissioned in July from Christopher Seymour and Paul Spencer – MRI’s very own ‘Palliative Poets’.
