2017 Golf Season
The 2017 golf season is off and
running here at Osprey Cove.
We have accomplished a lot
in the last two months since
new management joined
Osprey Cove.
everyone in the near future.
The Club at Osprey cove truly is
a wonderful place with one of
the most beautiful settings in the
country. As a follow-up to the
member meetings, here are some
of the things that we are addressing:
g Greens Renovation – We will be
renovating the greens in Mid-May.
While the re-opening of the greens
will depend on grow-in, anticipated
re-opening date will be in late August.
We will provide temporary greens
while the renovation is in progress
so the golf course will remain open.
g New Lunch Menu – We are working
on a newer lunch menu that will have
some of the old favorites, but some
new items as well. We will provide
seasonal menus that focus on
quality and consistency.
g Tiki Hut – We are still in process
of analyzing what the best
times are to be open as
well as kitchen layout, the
goal is to provide a more
consistent and timely menu,
as well as expanded drink
selections.
g Communication – This newsletter
is the beginning of better
communication so you will be able
to see upcoming events for the
month and plan accordingly.
g Social Activity – We are developing
plans for more social activities at the
club. I had great feedback regarding
ideas such as trivia nights. We are in
process of hiring an activities director
that can assist in planning. In addition,
we would like to establish a Social
Committee to help plan events.
If you are interested, please contact
me at [email protected]
g Membership Dues Structure –
Many members, both Social, and
Full Golf, have expressed the interest
in restructuring the full golf dues to
be commensurate with similar club
around the area to be competitive and
increase memberships. As you know,
we have introduced a restructures
dues program as follows:
