Technologies Implemented - Chiller Plant Optimizer (CPO)

Web based building automation system

Load determination effectively , chiller Set-Point control and Add

and subtract logic

Rotation & Failure recovery

Match Plant capacity to building load & run few chillers as possible

at optimal efficiency

Customized reports & trends

Soft load/unload at start of chiller prevent a peak in electric

consumption that would happen if all the chiller were started at the

same time

Avoid electrical consumption peaks when start a chiller & avoid

flow discontinuities

Effective operation of chiller through CPO (Chiller Plant Optimizer)

Annual Reduction of Energy Consumption 60,000 kWh/Annum

Way Forward

Energy Efficiency

IOT & Digital

Green Energy

Three Way

Approach

1.Reduce power consumption through optimization of capacity utilization and validation operational parameters.

2.Technological upgradation with higher efficiency asset replacement through Retrofit projects - LIFTS

1.Deploy data analytics & machine learning tool to improve Energy efficiency of chiller plant.

2. Collaborate with IFM service partners in implementing data analytical tools in energy Efficiency

1.Increase renewable Energy portion from the total Energy requirement through green power procurement.

2. Install rooftop solar panels in owned campuses
