This week’s + PRAYERS OF THE FAITHFUL+

To the Prayers of the Faithful, please respond: Lord, hear our prayer. That bishops, priests, and all who minister in the Church joyfully share its lasting treasure…we pray

to the Lord. That government and civil leaders have ears that hear God’s voice and hearts that docilely follow

His commands…we pray to the Lord. That victims of violence and hostility be guided away from hopelessness and toward healing…we

pray to the Lord. That those who doubt the value of their lives rest in the awareness of God’s infinite love and plan

for their lives…we pray to the Lord. That those who care for the sick and dying show the Lord’s love in their daily actions …we pray to

the Lord. That our land be watered with plentiful rains and protected from inclement weather…we pray to

the Lord. That young people would entrust themselves to the joy of the Gospel and oppose the illusions of

materialism…we pray to the Lord. That St. Michael parish will become a community of missionary disciples who seek an understand-

ing heart to learn what is pleasing to the Lord…we pray to the Lord

Eucharistic Adoration Hours

We are looking to have an adorer present before the Blessed Sacrament, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Would you consider taking an hour? The benefits are out of this world. The white hours are open.

Contact Patty Marmie with questions at 402-416-4224 or [email protected]. The adoration chapel is still open, though the Blessed Sacrament is reposed. You are welcome and encouraged to come and pray anytime.

St. Michael is committed to becoming a parish

of missionary disciples.

May we become disciples who know the God who

knows us, love the God who loves us and serve the

God who serves us...so as to share

Jesus Christ with others.

GOD IN THE FAMILY—Want to know how to foster God’s love in your family? How to help one another love each other as Christ loves?
