2019 HSC Results
The students in Year 12, 2019 achieved some excellent results in the HSC and the number of Bands 5 and 6 results again show an increase on previous years.

105 Year 12 students sat for the HSC
13 students from Year 11 sat for HSC Studies of Religion
14 Year 11 students undertook the HSC Mathematics

2019 HSC Outcomes
93 students (70 %) (56 % in 2018) achieved one or more of the 198 Band 6 [E4]s (162 in 2018) results. Additionally, 8 students received a ‘Notional’ Band 6 result for Extension 2 Mathematics.
206 (34.6 %) (30 % in 2018) of all St Luke’s students’ results (595 entries) were Band 6/[E4]s or Notional Band 6.
97 students (73%) (72% in 2018) achieved one or more of the 251 Band 5 (E3) results (252 in 2018)
77% (76% in 2018) of all St Luke’s students’ results were Band 5 or Band 6

HSC Drama OnSTAGE Nomination (Group): Sophie King, Zara Sargent & Lauren Wang received a nomination for their HSC Drama Group Performance.
HSC Drama OnSCREEN Nomination and Selection: Jack Hobson received a nomination and selection for his HSC Video Project to be shown at OnSCREEN at the Seymour Centre.
HSC Dance CALL BACK Nomination: Maddison Bowyer received a nomination for her HSC Dance Core Performance & Major Study Performance.
HSC Dance SCHOLARSHIP: Maddison Bowyer received the offer of a full $30 000 scholarship to QUT for Dance Performance.
HSC Design & Technology SHAPE Nomination: Bradley Arcidiacono; Jordan Bothwell, Victor Dumas, Jessica Herlihy, Mitchell Hosking, Jarrod Lucas, Thomas Moor and Michelle Nguyen received nominations for their Design & Technology Major Projects.
HSC Music ENCORE Nomination and Selection: Nikolas Rejto received a nomination and selection to perform his HSC Music 2 / Extension Performance at ENCORE at the Recital Hall in March 2020.
HSC Music ENCORE Nomination: Mitchell Hardaker received a nomination for his HSC Music Performance.
HSC Visual Arts ART EXPRESS Nomination and Selection: Samuel Havranek and Juliette Stevenson received nominations and selections for their HSC Visual Arts Bodies of Work to be displayed at the ART EXPRESS Exhibition.
HSC Visual Arts EXPRESS YOURSELF Selection: Bradley Arcidiacono, Ashley Adcock, Hayley Biddulph, Carmen Johnson, Natalie Lu and Juliette Stevenson received selections for the EXPRESS YOURSELF Art Exhibition at Manly Art Gallery.
