Where?




Why?Because the St. Louis Motorcycle community needs to stand on par with other St. Louis industries and to make a concerted effort together to promote the passion of Riding.

In fact, the Car Show, the Boat Show and the RV Dealers show will all be happening in January and February of 2015 at the America’s Center.

This also gives all exhibitors involved a chance to jump start their sales in the New Year.

This event is sure to become an annual event that is looked forward to by Riding enthusiasts.


Why this weekend? The first weekend in January of 2015 is the only weekend available up through the end of March, 2015 at either

America’s Center or at the St. Charles Convention Center.




Event Tickets:Each Exhibitor package includesa quantity of complimentary Guest and Worker Passes.

Adult (16 & Over) admission to the event will be $8.00 at the door.Kids: 15 & Under are Free, with a paid adult admission.

Additional Exhibitor Information: A 50% deposit is due no later then

Monday, December 2nd, 2014. The balance is due no later than Monday, December 29th, 2014

A 5% discount is available if your balance is paid in full by November 1st, 2014.

Overnight security is provided, but we encourage you minimize your rick of loss by removing any smaller valuable items.





Media Support:Radio: a comprehensive advertising campaign will be purchased on local radio including a minimum of 250 GRPs against the target demographic of Men 18-54. The majority of the campaign will run December 20th through January 4th.

Television: a select TV schedule will be purchased which will again target the active male 18-54 consumer. The TV campaign will run from December 25th thru January 4th.

Digital Advertising – a Digital display ad campaign with a goal of 1,000,000 impressions will run in the four weeks prior to the show targeting the same Men 18-54 demo.

PR Marketing – The Epic STL staff will work with a variety of media outlets to maximize the exposure for the show with interviews and ticket giveaways.

Website – each exhibitor will be listed on the official show website: www.stlmotorcycleshow.com

In-Store Signage: In-store signage will be provided to all show exhibitors by December 1st.
