Safety

We value your safety as well as the safety of all at St. Cloud State University. St. Cloud State’s Public Safety Department, open 24 hours a day 365 days a year on-campus, works together with the St. Cloud Police Department to provide the safest environment possible.

The Star Alert emergency system via text and email can alert students, faculty, and staff of safety concerns of any type to ensure communication across campus.

In addition, all students will attend a personal safety session at the start of their education at St. Cloud State to ensure all students understand resources available to them and for mutual respect to all.

Intensive English Center

The St. Cloud State Intensive English Center is available for students who need to improve their English language skills before entering University study.

The center offers high quality English language instruction while introducing students to general American and academic American culture.
