Part-Time Manager of the Activity Center

Full-Time Parish Secretary - St. Bonaventure Church St. Bonaventure Church is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Parish Secretary. Responsibilities include: provide clerical support to Pastor, prepare correspondence, receive visitors, answer phone calls, maintain sacramental records, and prepare weekly bulletins. Preferred candidate must have a High School diploma or GED certificate; minimum of three years related experience; bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred; possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher as well as Outlook; ex-cellent organizational and communication skills; and possess a positive attitude. Practicing Catholic in good standing preferred.

Part -Time Bookkeeper- St. Bonaventure Church

St. Bonaventure Church is seeking a qualified candidate for a Part Time Bookkeeper position. Candidate will be required to perform bookkeeping and payroll functions; maintaining and reconciling financial statements; preparing bank deposits, weekly collection re-ports, and monthly financial reports; and assisting and preparing parish budgets. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED; minimum three years bookkeeping experience that includes making deposits, bank reconciliation, payroll, and budgeting; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel with knowledge of accounting software; a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and ability to maintain confidentiality.
