paint & sip party What is a Paint & Sip Party?

It is an Adults only evening enjoying the company of your friends and family, with some refreshing adult

beverages and food. A Mobile Art Studio who has graciously agreed to host this event at cost, will donate all

profits to our JR. High Washington DC Trip.

We will transform our school cafeteria into an art studio so that you and your friends & family can enjoy a great

evening with no fuss! Whether you’re a professional DIY’er (do-it-yourself’er) or a novice, you will leave with a huge sense of accomplishment and a beautiful wooden stained board artwork perfect for the holidays!

REMEMBER – no experience necessary! Even if you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since elementary school, it is time to finally get the creative juices flowing and feel like a kid again! Our host will guide you in every step of

the way.

Where: St. Anne’s School Cafeteria

When: Friday, November 9, 2018 – 6:30pm to 8:30 pm.

Cost: $45 (7th & 8th grade parents: $25)

Child Care available for $15 per child (Dinner included).

How does the fundraising work?

✓ Bring 5 guests – *earn $100! *A minimum of 5 guests is required to participate in the profit-sharing

program. The more people you bring, the more money you raise!

✓ Ensure your guests give your child’s name on the Event Registration form (Please turn in by Nov 1st).

✓ This event requires that you & your guest RSVP and send your payment in prior to the event.

✓ It’s a quick and fun way to fundraise for the JR HIGH Washington DC trip! Not to mention, you don’t have to do anything but bring friends & family, have a good time, and earn your $$!

Note: profit sharing is for 7th and 8th grade parents only, but you are welcome to enjoy the evening with us and bring your friends and family! The funds raised by your attendance will go towards a 7th or 8th grade student of your choosing, or if you do not know any 7th or 8th grade students’ proceeds will go towards a General Fund for the Jr. High School DC Trip.
