What is happening at the Centre?

Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Classes Mindfulness involves a conscious direction of our awareness. Mindfulness is about

living in the NOW. Meditation is simply the process of stilling the mind so that all

wants, needs, and desires disappear. When you allow the Universal mind to open

up your consciousness you can be truly inspired by the beauty and the

synchronicities of life. When you meditate on a regular basis the experience

awakens something inside you, and synchronizes your life into a more natural

rhythm. The practice of meditation has helped many people restore a feeling of

calm by centring their thoughts and closing their minds to fears about the future

and regrets about the past. Janine Donnellan will be the facilitator of the meditation sessions. When: Every

SOuL.S.P.I. Monthly Paranormal Meet-up SOuL.S.P.I will be conducting regular monthly paranormal meetings to discuss all

things paranormal, to conduct research and experiments and to organise paranormal

The Witches Brew Special – Sunday 2nd June The Witches Brew is a monthly workshop and discussion group where we will

explore the world of magick. We will have discussions and practical exercises on

timing of spells, moon signs, herbal remedies, guides and totems and many other

interesting topics. This discussion group will be facilitated by Janine Donnellan.

Nephthys Circle of Women’s Mysteries – 15th June Nephthys Circle of Women’s Mysteries is a monthly gathering for women of all ages

who would like to share wisdom and magic and journey to the otherworlds. The

circle is supportive of Wise Women who are seekers of their own truth and who

follow diverse spiritual paths. Janine Donnellan will be the facilitator of this circle.

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying - 6th July 2013 This workshop conducted by Ann Bradshaw will introduce you to Shamanic Journeying – a

journeying experience accompanied by drumming or rattling. Using a slow repetitive

rhythm you will achieve a calm state that allows you to open the doors to your journey

experience. All who journey experience it in different ways – some through highly visual

experiences, others with sound, touch or a knowing. By shifting your awareness and

consciousness, everyone, however, allows themselves to embark on a journey and enter

Drumming Circle – 7th July The drum is one of the most ancient instruments and has been used by shamans,

healers and medicine people in virtually every culture for thousands of years. This circle

will be conducted by Janine Donnellan and is an introduction to drumming which will be

2 Day Intensive Healing Workshop - 13th & 14th July 2013 This intensive healing workshop conducted by Ann Bradshaw runs for two days. On Day 1

This is a 2 hour workshop about the chakra system and how it affects your energy

centres. At this workshop you will learn some very effective techniques to help

you clean and balance your chakras so that you can keep yourself happy, positive,

calm and full of energy. Chakra balancing creates a sense of equilibrium between

your body, mind and spirit. When your chakras are returned to their natural

frequencies, inner peace, wellbeing and happiness follows. Janine Donnellan is an

Introducing Ann Bradshaw ~ Reiki Master and

Shamanic Practitioner

Ann Bradshaw is a Reiki Master and Shamanic practitioner. Her main interests lie in

healing and other forms of energy work, particularly with respect to shamanic

teachings and practices. Working with energy also allowed Ann to develop her

intuitive abilities based on healing and spiritual guidance, which she incorporates

into her readings.

Ann has learnt Shamanic work through a 3 year course with a Celtic Shaman (Soul Rites) and the other a

Foundations of Shamanism course, facilitated by an Australian couple in Alice Springs. Ann jumped at these

opportunities to further develop her skills and to continue her life’s journey in this area. With new tools and

techniques in her healing ‘kit’, Ann was able to modify these new learnings and experiences to incorporate

them in her own teachings. Ann’s passion for spiritual and personal development has led her to develop and

teach a range of courses and workshops.
