The Sliding Floor Trailers.More Options for High Vehicle Capacity Utilisation.

Transport bulk goods in rotation with pallet freight, packaged goods or in combined partial loads – That is the great strength

of the S.SF sliding floor trailer. It provides you with the best conditions for more revenue through greater use of vehicle

capacities – Regardless of the season.

Sliding floor trailers represent a high-performance

alternative for goods transport for the agricultural,

wood and recycling industries: Unload low-density

goods via the rear door in controlled amounts with

the moving wall. 21 hydraulic sliding elements

move the bulk or packaged goods forwards or

backwards in order to efficiently load and unload

pallets, sacks, roles or bails. The rollup tarpauling

opens up the roof of the entire length of the cargo

area.

The axle unit with MRH air suspension, the EBS

electronic braking system and the RSP roll stability

program ensure optimal stability and safety

when loading and when driving. Depending on

the vehicle version the loading volume ranges

from 92 m³ to 94 m³.

Depending on the transport task: The 21 hydraulically activated aluminium floor profiles are available in 6 mm and 10 mm wall thicknesses and the front covers in plastic or aluminium.

The Sliding Floor.

The floor profiles slide underneath the load in one direction in three intervals, a third at a time.

Then all of the profiles move in the opposite direction together with the load. Then the procedure begins all over again.

This enables you to move loads forwards and back-wards inside the vehicle, controlled, rapidly and gently.

Sliding floor profiles with a smooth surface or profiles are available for easy loading via the side door.



The sliding floor is controlled via a cable-connected or an optional radio remote control so that the unloading process can be monitored from the rear of the vehicle.

The Body.

Crank handle for the roller tarpaulin on the bulkhead.LED position lights on the bulkhead.

The working platform with the ladder positioned on the left, right or on both sides provides a safe platform. Holders for a broom and shovel keep things tidy.

The light and robust aluminium wing doors on the rear wall are secured with four recessed espagnolettes.

The console on the front bulkhead provides order on two levels and separates the compressed air and electrical connections from the two hydraulic connections.



Robust bows stabilise the side walls and effectively reduce the amount of water collecting on the tarpaulin.

The rollup tarpaulin is tightened and secured by tensioning belts.

Swiveling traverse bows and straps running underneath the length of the tarpaulin provide greater stability when required.

The swiveling upper transverse beam above the rear door has a draw function utilising tensioning belts and ratchets.

The Fitting Details.

The clamping devices on the rollup tarpaulin belts are located at hand height beneath the lower edge of the body. Rubber bushes protect the aluminium wall from scrapes. Aluminium wear plates are available upon request and

reinforce the rear side wall area, which is subjected to greater loads.

The pneumatic safety lock prevents the doors from swinging open spontaneously and out of control once the door locks are released.

The pneumatic safety locking for the rear doors is both safe and user-friendly.

Protects the side walls against dirt: The rollup side tarpaulin.



The folding ladder on the rear of the vehicle makes it easier to access the cargo area.

The aluminium ladder is mounted via the side underride guard and enables easer operation of the rollup tarpaulin.

The loading pressure gauge is ideal for monitoring the compliance with the maximum axle loads.

The pallet storage box for 30 euro pallets simplifies the exchange with the pallet pool.

If you transport rubble, scrap, refuse or recycling materials, then roll containers to DIN 30722 are a part of the everyday

routine. Our roll-off container chassis make every journey more profitable for you and the container handling more efficient

and convenient.

The roll-off container chassis with skid technology simplifies loading and unloading older containers with worn rollers.

The stable A.CF roll-off container chassis is

available in two versions – to perfectly match your

priorities: Older containers with worn or blocked

rollers can be simply and rapidly picked up and

unloaded with the skid version of the A.CF. In

addition, the weight-optimised vehicle variant

offers 400 kg more payload. The A.CF with the

robust side guides provides exemplary simplicity

for container handling so that it is possible to

work frequently with the rearview mirrors when

transferring the containers.

Both A.CF versions utilise the proven axle units

from Schmitz Cargobull: The ROTOS® running

gear with air suspension and pneumatic locking

brake simplifies the individual axle height

adjustment and provides exemplary safety when

transferring the container and when driving.

With the roll-off container chassis with external guides the driver can monitor the container positioning conveniently from the rearview mirror.

The tractor uses the hoist crane to pull the container from the roll-off container chasis.

The adjustable length fork drawbar makes the adaptation to different tractor vehicles no problem.

Equipment Details.

The robust, low-maintenance ball-bearing steering turnplate on the front axle is designed for heavy duty usage.

The optional dual tyres increase the permitted axle load from 9 t to 10 t.

The spare tyres are mounted in an easily reachable positoin beind the side underride guards.

The white side underride guard increasses the traffic safety at dawn, dusk and in the darkness.

The front end stop on the exterior guide stops the container and secures it with the locking hook.

Stops attached in front of and behind the container roller also secure the container.

On the roll-off container chassis with skid guides the locking hooks lock in place automatically as soon as the container is in position.

On the vehicle version with the exterior guides the locking hooks clamp the container solidly to the frame.
