Printer Port A. Begin Installation 1. Unscrew 5 screws of the chassis cover. 2. Slide the cover backwards and upwards. 3. Remove the front panel. B. CPU and FAN Installation Note: For safety reasons, please ensure that the power cord is disconnected before opening the case. 1. Unlock the DIMM latch. 2. Align the DDR2 module’s cutout with the DIMM slot notch. Slide the DDR2 module into the DIMM slot. C. DDR2 Installation 3. Check that the latches are closed, and the DDR2 modules are firmly installed. D. Card Reader and HDD Installation 6. Plug the Serial ATA HDD cable in the SATA1 header and connect the power extension cable to the 4-pin powerheader as shown. 1. Place the HDD/Card Reader in the rack and secure with screws from the side. E. Optical Drive Installation 2. Connect the card reader USB cable to the Card Reader. 3. Connect the Serial ATA, power extension cables to the HDD. 1. Slide the optical drive into the chassis. 4. Place the rack in the chassis and refasten the rack. 3. Plug the optical drive cable and power cable into the optical drive. 1. Unfasten expansion slot bracket screws. Remove the back panel bracket and put the bracket aside. F. Accessories Installation 2. Screw the FAN to the mainboard and connect the fan connector. Note: Please refer to the user guide of the fan you bought to install the fan. 5. Plug card reader USB cable in the USB header. 2. Fasten the side screws. 1. Re-attach the front panel. Match the yellow triangle on a corner of the CPU with the triangle on the socket corner and gently insert the CPU into the socket. 3. Press down the CPU socket lever. Note: Failure to correctly align the CPU and socket can result in damage to the CPU. Note: Please do not use too much Heatsink compound. A. Begin Installation

1. Unscrew 5 screws of the chassis cover.

2. Slide the cover backwards and upwards.

3. Remove the front panel.

B. CPU and FAN Installation

Note: For safety reasons, please ensure that the power cord is disconnected before opening the case.

1. Unlock the DIMM latch.

2. Align the DDR2 module’s cutout with the DIMM slot notch. Slide the DDR2 module into the DIMM slot.

C. DDR2 Installation

3. Check that the latches are closed, and the DDR2 modules are firmly installed.

D. Card Reader and HDD Installation

6. Plug the Serial ATA HDD cable in the SATA1 header and connect the power extension cable to the 4-pin powerheader as shown.

1. Place the HDD/Card Reader in the rack and secure with screws from the side.

E. Optical Drive Installation

2. Connect the card reader USB cable to the Card Reader.

3. Connect the Serial ATA, power extension cables to the HDD.

1. Slide the optical drive into the chassis.

4. Place the rack in the chassis and refasten the rack.

3. Plug the optical drive cable and power cable into the optical drive.

1. Unfasten expansion slot bracket screws. Remove the back panel bracket and put the bracket aside.

F. Accessories Installation

2. Install the PCI/PCI Express x16 card into the PCI/PCI Express x16 slot.

2. Replace the cover and refasten 5 screws.

G. Complete

3. Complete.

5. Screw the FAN to the mainboard and connect the fan connector.

Note: Please refer to the user guide of the fan you bought to install the fan.

5. Plug card reader USB cable in the USB header.

2. Fasten the side screws.

2. Match the yellow triangle on a corner of the CPU with the triangle on the socket corner and gently insert the CPU into the socket.

3. Press down the CPU socket lever.

Note: Failure to correctly align the CPU and socket can result in damage to the CPU.
