Incredibly low Response Rate. The practical way to improve it is to

Unprofessional work of AIESEC

DENIZLI, especially Goksenin

DAGLAR. "Not answering e-mails",

"skipping requirements of the

company" is a normal practice for

above mentioned person. Moreover,

my internship lasted 20 weeks, instead

of stated 12 in the form, what again

shows Mr. Daglar's light-minded

attitude to work and unprofessional

behavior. Intern-house which AIESEC

DENIZLI provides for interns is not

comfortable and there is lack of

furniture and house

We grew in NPS, % of Promoter s and Response Rate within the last

quarter. We can grow more in Response Rates if will directly send the

links to surveys for our EP and will track it.

• Add program NPS, RR and % of promoter to MoSes of each project

• Run Customer Gauge education for project TLs and TMs

• Send surveys by emails to your incoming and outgoing EP via email ( TMs responsibilities in projects)

• Track NPS weekly

• Run education on 16 standards for project TLs and TMs

• Distribute JDs among LC VP TM and LC VP Function on PM

• Provide your TLs and LC VP function with education on Team Minimums ( LC VP TMs responsibility)

• RUN PROJECS PLANNING with TLs ASAP even if the project is started already

• Make external/internal reports of Summer projects

• Run education for project TLs and TMs on new customer flows

• Ensure project TLs and TMs are testing the system by creating GCDP/GIP opportunities
