This document has been produced to support parents and carers in ensuring that all Year 12 students continue to access a rich, challenging curriculum

throughout this period of disruption that we are currently facing.

On pages 3 onwards, you will find details regarding the resources and instructions for students to continue their learning whilst working from home.

On the final pages you will also find a list of email addresses for key contacts in each department, should you have any queries regarding these

resources (for example, if your son/daughter has forgotten their password).

Copy the Linguistic Rank Scale from slide 3 and the morphemes diagram from slide 4.

Read the information about noun phrases on slide 5 and copy down the example and diagram from slide 6.

Use GAPPTiM to make notes on context, genre and mode of the Rough Guides ‘Paris for children’ text in your Paris anthology (use notes on slide 7 to help you).

Geography Coastal Landscapes (RPU) Undertake some research on the causes and effects of sea level rise on the UK coast? Define the terms such as Eustatic, Isostatic, Orogeny and give place specific details of locations affected. In addition, research the history of Doggerland. Include a map and description. CUE (SMA) Under take some research to find out about Counterurbanisation. What is it? Why does it happen? What are the impacts of counterurbanisation? Compile as short case study about an area of the UK that has been impacted by counterurbanisation. Print out your work and bring to class upon your return to school.
