• Scanning workflow contains hand written, printed, typed, pictures and x-rays. It can be scanned by using any standard Twain compliant scanner. When you capture a document, it is available in your DMS.

• In Inward Register there are the records of all the documents which came to office.
• In Outward Register there are the records of the all the documents which gone out of the office. In Outward Register you can do the searching of the record.
• Board: Provision to create Committees and Board Members. Creating Notices and sending notice to board members.
• Question Reply Management System (QRMS) for sharing Question and Answers. Provision to create new Legislative Assembly question and assign to the particular concerned section or dept.
