3) Course Fee as mentioned in the schedule should be paid in US Dollars. If It is paid in INR, then it should be paid through the NR Account of the sponsorer

IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be active verification of the NEET PG- 2020 All India Rank (AIR) submitted by the candidate with the information available in the NEET website (neetpg.nbe.edu.in). Candidate whose NEET All India rank does not match with the information in the NBE/MCC website will be disqualified from the counseling process.

- 7 - 6). ON THE DAY OF COUNSELING

1) The physical presence of the candidate at the counseling is mandatory. 2) Only the candidate will be allowed into the campus & counseling hall. This is done

in view of the COVID situation and the safety of all. 3) Candidate should sign the attendance register to mark their presence. 4) Candidates will be called as per their NEET PG All India Rank 2020 for document

verification. Successful candidates will be allotted seats according to their All India NEET PG 2020 rank and number of seats available under NRI and All India Category. Such candidates should produce their original documents for verification and pay the first-year fees at the time of counseling. Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education will not entertain any requests for extension in this regard.

5) The option exercised by you with regard to selection of the course of study at the time of counseling will be final.

6) Absence of the candidate at the indicated reporting time and date will result in the instantaneous forfeiture of any claim for a seat.

7) The choice of course made by the candidate is final and binding and cannot be altered later under any circumstances.

7). AFTER ADMISSION:

1) Admission order/Provisional Admission Order and receipt/s for the payment made will be given to the candidate on completion of the admission process.

2) Candidates who require hostel facility should report to Chief Warden of the allotted campus for hostel enrollment. Hostel will be allotted on payment of hostel fees only.

3) Candidates should report to the allotted college on or before the reporting date mentioned in the admission order.

8). KINDLY NOTE FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1) Institution mop-up (Stray Vacancy) round candidates, who have been allotted and reported to the allotted college, will be screened by the interstate travelers screening center compulsory at Tumkur, set up at Government Hospital by local Administrative Authorities, Tumkur (less than 5 Kms to Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur) and are quarantined as per the guidelines & protocol given by the Department of Health & Family Welfare Government of Karnataka no SOP 4/lST/ dated 8th June, 2020 Version.2 for Inter-state travelers coming into Karnataka.

2) Further, after completion of all formalities by local Administrative Authorities,

Tumkur, candidates will be quarantined as per the guidelines given by the Govt. of Karnataka for 14 days and quarantine facility will be provided by the SSAHE on a nominal charge. The catering services will be provided on payment basis.

3) However, the institution cannot provide quarantine facility for parents accompanying the candidates and it will be done by the local administrative authorities at the designated hotels at Tumkur. Hence, it is advised that the parents should refrain from accompanying their wards.

4) The quarantine period will be compulsorily 14 days for all the students coming

from states other than Karnataka, as per the guidelines & Protocol of the Department of Health & Family Welfare Government of Karnataka no SOP 4/lST/ dated 8th June, 2020 Version.2 & local Administrative Authorities, Mysore and is to be strictly followed.

5) All Central Govt., State Govt and local Administrative Authorities guidelines w.r.t

COVID protocol will be followed strictly.

6) The Inter-state travelers / candidates / parents accompanied by candidates coming into Karnataka are directed to download the “Aarogya Setu App” which must be shown to state and local Administrative Authorities & SSAHE authorities compulsorily during traveling and during reporting process.

7) All the candidates and parents should compulsorily wear masks.

8) Health Screening & COVID test will be compulsory for of all candidates before

reporting to the respective department.

9) The guidelines and precautions w.r.t COVID at institutions level will also be followed strictly.

10) Any guidelines w.r.t COVID as and when issued by the Central Govt., State Govt

and local Administrative Authorities must be followed.

11) All documents and details pertaining to traveling must be maintained during traveling and reporting.

9). STRICTLY WARNING:

All admissions are subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility conditions by the candidate. If it is found at a later stage, during active verification, that the candidate has given false information/certificate or is found to have concealed some information his/her admission will be cancelled without any notice.
