I am confused by the emails, you have a train you want to use but then you are worried about copy rights, but you don't know who owns it. This is silly. We are using the train on your project which you are paying us to animate for you. We won't distribute your train so there is not a copy right infringement

I thought you had a train that represented the actual train you want to use, made by the company who makes the real thing.

If it does not matter. Can we use this one until you provide an alternative? we will drop the yellow windows for tinted or clear and drop the aerial.
