second homesEstate  Management  responsibilities  vary  from  client  to  client.    It  is  a  long  term  relationship  that  is  based  on  trust,  confidentiality,  experience  and  chemistry.    For  Estate  clients  Spruce  offers  duties  including:

complete management + communication Of  all  personal  effects  that  move  in  and  out  of  the  home  including    food  and  liquor,  clothing,  housewares,  seasonal  decorations    and  much  more.    

coordination With  support  staff  from  primary  home  including:    CFO  and    Accountants,    Personal  Shopper,  house  manager  and  service  providers.  

financial management Bank  account,  budgeting  and  bill  payment.

work samples: •    Created  system  for  5  person  staff  to  coordinate  cleaning  schedules  and  grocery  shopping.    •    Supervised  the  pack  and  move  for  a  5000  sq  foot  Main  Street  retail  space  to  rent  for  Sundance.

storage unitsStorage  Units  can  be  used  for  storage  of  personal  belongings  or  as  a  warehouse  for  small  business  inventory.      

For  each  of  these  purposes,  Spruce  has:
