• Concept: – Form and functionality will be on display

– During Dell World 2013

– Sprint launch of Dell Venue 11 Pro.

– Food, fun and technology: Learn about exciting features of the new device!

Decor / Furniture Rental

• As guests arrive, a step & repeat branded with Dell, Sprint and the Dell Venue 11 Pro will generate a buzz for the event and create an exclusive feel

• Custom branded gobos will draw guests into the venue

• Interior: Rustic, modern décor will create a unique oasis for Sprint and Dell

• Stubbs’ traditional brick and beam interior will be enhanced with contemporary furnishings

• White leather armless chairs and loveseats will create sleek seating areas throughout

• A blend of ghost and white barstools will work to tie in the rustic, modern decor

• Through specialty linens, Dell and Sprint will be represented throughout the décor

Audio Visual

• LED lighting will be utilized throughout the venue to create an ambient glow

• Lighting tone will be a mixture of blue (Dell) and yellow (Sprint) to capture the essence of both brands

• Branded gobos will highlight walkways

• On the stage, clusters of spheres will have varying projections of product demos, live feed and company logos for visual interest

• Throughout venue, screens shaped as the Dell tablet will be hung from ceiling that will loop demos through the night to generate excitement

• Behind the bars, existing menu signs will be replaced with screens to display product demos and will be flanked by Dell and Sprint logos

Signage / Branding

• Several interactive product stations will feature the Venue 11 Pro tablet

– Dell Venue 11 Pro shaped screen

– Video loop to display on screen

– Hi top table to hold tablet

– White leather stools

• Activities highlighting new features of the tablet will allow for attendees to get ‘hands-on’ time with the new product

• The emcee will pump up the crowd and drive participation at the demo stations, letting guests know that as they demo the new product, they are entered in for a chance to win a new Dell Venue 11 Pro!

– The more stations attended, the greater the chance to win

• Waitresses will circulate throughout venue taking drink orders with the Dell Venue 11 Pro

• Photographer will take pictures as guests arrive and throughout the evening with the Dell Venue 11 Pro

– Photos will be displayed on dedicated screens mixed in with party footage and other video content

• If applicable DJ will use Dell Venue Pro 11 to integrate into his show.
