Spring has finally sprung and we are thrilled for the great lineup of events and activities PALS will be hosting in the coming months! We look forward to “picnicking” with your little one’s favorite furry friend at our upcoming Teddy Bear Picnic, exploring career interests together at the People in Our Neighborhood event, hopping into some Easter fun at our annual Bunny Brunch, and boogieing together at the Pee Wee Bop.
These great family events are made possible because of the passion of our
parent volunteers and the support of the FHSD early childhood community! We would like to person-ally acknowledge and thank all the individuals
and families that helped out and at-tended our recent Trivia Night fund-raiser. We were able to raise an incredible $5,500 which will funnel directly back to the district Parents As Teachers and early childhood programs, support pre-school scholarships, and enable us to continue to bring great events to the community!
If you have considered lending your time, talents, or passions to support PALS programs - we would love to hear from you! We are eager to wel-come some new parents to our volun-teer board for the coming year and would be thrilled to connect with you.

PALS would like to sincerely thank everyone who came out to support us on March 9th for our 3rd Annual Trivia
Night Fundraiser. We had a fabulous turnout with 17 tables, 9 fun rounds of trivia, many wonderful volunteers, and over 75 sponsors, who contributed to our Silent Auction, Raffle items and door prizes. The evening was a great success, and PALS was able to raise $5,500, which will be applied towards supporting our Francis Howell Early Childhood Centers, assisting preschool families in need of scholarships, and continuing to plan our PALS events and outings, which benefit our preschool families.
Thank You!!

We had a great time with the families that joined us at the West County Safety House on March 8th.
The little ones had tons of fun exploring the fire truck and ambu-lance and trying out all the “bells and whistles.” We gathered as a group to learn some valuable fire safety tips and read a story before a real firefighter suited up in front of the kids. PALS families were able to interact with the firefighter and even take home their own fire hat!

likely include help organizing or setting up a Teacher Appreciation Breakfast that week at each of the ECCs.
